How this website handles enquiries, newsletter subscriptions and information you share with i Science Inc.

When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email, company, phone, selected service, budget, message and any attachment you provide. Newsletter subscriptions store your email and consent. Both forms record the submission time and connection IP address, or the visitor IP supplied through a configured trusted proxy, to help prevent abuse.
Enquiries and subscription notifications are sent to our receiving inbox through Brevo. If a Brevo newsletter list is configured, subscriber email addresses are also added to that list. Brevo processes the information needed for these services. You can ask us to stop newsletter updates by emailing info@iscienceinc.com; messages sent through Brevo campaigns should also include an unsubscribe link.
Submissions and uploaded attachments are stored privately on our hosting account. Our signed-in website administrators can view and export records, mark them read or unread, and delete them. Removing a local subscription record does not automatically remove information already held in Brevo. We may also retain ordinary hosting access logs.
Essential session cookies support form verification, spam checks and secure dashboard sign-in. External destinations such as social media, WhatsApp and email providers have their own privacy practices. This website package does not add advertising trackers.
